Mark Stevens first opened Budget Appliance Service back in 1999 and ran the business out of his home in Massachusetts. He had been doing appliance repair work for other companies, and had a lifelong dream of opening his own company. At the urging of friends and family, he took that brave step and went into business for himself. Over the years, he steadily built the business into something the community came to rely upon.
